Our eyes are supported by tiny muscles that enable the eyes to move upward downward and from side to side and focus. It’s this last group of muscles that cause us to have poor vision which can be corrected with glasses. Eyeglasses are truly a great invention that can be used to fix the many different problems with the eyes that cause people to have poor vision.
The only down side to glasses is the way many people feel in them. For a long time it was not easy to find a pair of fashionable reading glasses making people feel less attractive in them. Many people need to wear their eyeglasses all day, but some only need to wear prescription glasses when reading, and for many years these people had a very limited selection for glasses. For years reading glasses were mainly available in these ugly half glasses that made it easy to look over the top. I am sure at some point you have seen the little old lady with her reading glasses on a chain. Today reading glasses are available in many different shapes and sizes and more designers are picking up on this market making the selections grow every day, and allowing you to see clearly when working and reading while feeling your best at the same time.
